First Day of School~
Monday, April 27, 2009 4:05 PM Today is the start of the brand new semester (09S1) and there is only 2 tutorial on our first day of school. Business Law is the first module that I am pretty afraid of cos there are lots of theory and understandings that we need to comprehend. Business Finance was rather fun from today's tutorial and we are learning compound interest, financial instrument etc. Well, personally I think that this semester is indeed very hectic not only because there are 8 modules (including one 8 weeks module - NE) but also because the modules are much more comprehensive than the previous modules we have learnt. Hope that this semester will move on smoothly and I can grade well for all my modules! Alright, I think I shall end here for today and till then!~ BBF coming on Channel U!~

Tuesday, April 21, 2009 5:51 PM Yesterday my 2 cousins invited my 3 cousins and I to their house for dinner. They cooked 3 dishes for us: the appetizer, main dish and dessert just like a restaurant and its superbly delicious! Shall use pictures to describe as "pictures mean a thousand words" but I didn't have the pictures now so when I got it, I will put it up! :) Btw I think its on Saturday, I just realised that our timetable has missed out the 1200 time slot so does it mean that there's no lesson?? Friday, April 17, 2009 3:02 PM Went to East Coast Park for Cycling & Roller Blading yesterday and lucky the weather was pretty cooling. Met up 11 at Paya Lebar MRT and headed off to East Coast Park. Had lunch at "C.Nai Hong Kong Xpress" and the food was nice. I had "Ja Jung Dan Dan Mee" and the price was quite reasonable. After our lunch, we split into 2 groups: Van, SH, XM and Dan went for the blading and Me and SC went for the cycling. SC and I only paid for $6 each and we can cycle for 3 hours and a bottle of mineral water free and back-tracking the last time I came here to cycle that took my $6 for 2 hours only which was only like 2 weeks ago - This time is worth it! SC and I then cycled all the way to Bedok Jetty and the scene was "WOW!!!" Its beautiful! and there's a lot of people fishing. There was this uncle was is fishing for prawn only took out the prawn and threw a marine fish on the ground allowing it to die and poor little fish! We then further cycle to the OBS campsite before we decided to go back. After which together with Dan, Van and SH we went to Marine Bowl to have a round of bowling before going home and haha I scored the highest point of 88 that day :) After the game, me, SC and XM then parted with the rest as we are taking the same bus home. But really had to thanks SC for the well sense of direction that lead us to a 20 mins extra walk in the park and we are almost lost! haha... but lucky we managed to walk out and safely boarded our bus home. Monday, April 13, 2009 10:45 AM Wake up early today for "The Amazing Race" and it was fun as this stop was in Thailand and I learnt that there is actually a party cab there where people can sing Karaoke in the cab itself and it really seems fun :) Just received a call from Dan asking whether I wanna join them at WWW but I have something on later in the afternoon... PS about that and enjoy yourselves :) Shall end here for the day... Till Then~ Quick update~
Hi there... It's been a week and a day since I last blog haha but I wasn't really that busy after all. Here's a quick update of what I have been doing for the past week:- Monday (6/4):- Wake up at 0730 as I was hoping to watch "The Amazing Race 14" Direct Satellite from US at 8 but just don't know why there isn't an episode that day?? and so went back to bed again for a short nap... and I went on slacking for the rest of my precious Monday even thought some may say that it is blue... Tuesday (7/4):- Wake up also as early as yesterday = 0730 and accompanied my mum to the supermarket to buy some grocery before heading to CP to meet XiaoMin at 10 and then headed to PS to meet LZ and Ms Heng at the Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station and later met up Siqqin, Sutin and her friend and watched the movie - "Paul Blart-Mall Cops" at 1220. After that we headed to "The Grand Cathay's Aston" for lunch but Sutin left to run an errand at the MOE and meanwhile we used Siqqin's phone to checked our Sch's timetable which was released that day and those who are presence all got French Language as our elective and I think it was quite ok but only that we end our lesson late for 3 days... Wednesday (8/4):- Nothing much other than slacking... Thursday (9/4):- Today went to bro's school to listen to a talk by his principal, HODs about PSLE and it went on for 2 hours but I think it is worth listening as they briefly explained to us about the format and how to adequately prepare them for the major examination... Friday (10/4):- It's a public holiday today - Good Friday and so I followed my parents to the supermarket to buy more groceries and guess what... I bought a tub of Ice-cream and my favourite flavour "Cookie and Cream" lols... haha and I supposed to go CP for some errand but end up due to the heavy cats and dogs... but I should be happy :) This day makes me think alot of some bad memories but darkness over and sun shines... Saturday (11/4):- MORE slacking but I also taught my bro some mathematics and english :) Sunday (12/4):- It's family gathering day and so we headed to Grandma house and have our dinner there before we head home... Was pretty happy today :) This is briefly what I have done for the week and hope that I can enjoy my holiday to the fullest before my school re-open... Shall end here for now... Till then!~ k-ing~
Saturday, April 4, 2009 6:01 PM Yesterday met up sutin, sh and van for k-ing session for 7 hours and they really sing very well unlike me and I am glad that I didn't scare them away. It was an enjoyable trip for me as I didn't get to see them for a month plus :) haha... I guess I should end here today. Till then!~ Shinjuku Incident~
Thursday, April 2, 2009 5:42 PM Today went to GV PS with my aunt and cousin for the new movie-"Shinjuku Incident" at 1250. Well, I would say that its not as exciting as I expected and I think I will rate it 2.5-3 /5. There is really a reason beside why it is rated "NC16" - Its really violent and gross!!! The part where the hand was being chopped off was omg... Its looks so real man! and its not only once but twice! Thus my advice to those who has a weak heart "Do be mentally prepared" so I must be fortunate that I have a stronger heart lols. Besides, I think the movie was rather complicated at some scene and the ending wasn't that fantastic... This is only based on my personal opinion so if you really wanna watch it then dun think my opinion too seriously :) That's all for today... byes~  looking forward to tomorrow~ Final Episode!~
Wednesday, April 1, 2009 1:21 PM Finished watching BBF's last episode... I could only use "Fabulous" to describe it. Well, I would say that this drama is the best Korean Drama I have ever seen ~Is that a bit exaggerating?? haha. I would want to highlight the most exciting part about the whole drama other than those I have mentioned in the previously posting is the part where Jan Di wanted Jun Pyo to remember the past and she went into the pool... It's extremely touching and I believe it will be a memorable scene for the drama! and well it only happen in drama... haha. Besides, the "Four Years later" scene was a great projection for the final ending even though this part can be longer as to cover more about the F4 and of course JD... Last but not least the final scene at the beach... does it mean that J & J are together and GE and YJ are couple?? It's still a mystery for me... haha :) I should now stop my craziness for this drama as it has ended but I guess I will keep remembering this drama when I hear the OST... lols... Till Then!!~ |
